Tavira honors the sport, on February 2st, at 8:00 p.m., in the sports place Pavilhão Eduardo Mansinho with the holding of the Tavira Sport Gala 2017. The event aims to value all those who stood out in the last season (2016/17) in federated and school sports, as well as fostering the importance of regular physical activity.
There are several categories to distinguish as: Sport´s merit; School sport, Club of the Year, Coach of the Year, among other categories.
Promoting healthy habits and fostering sport in schools is a priority for our society.
